Thirteen Wild players selected in 2009 CJHL draft

CJHL teams chose thirteen players from the Eastern Ontario Wild in the 2009 Entry Draft in Kemptville on May 30. Eleven were selected from the 1993 Minor Midget Wild, while two players were picked off the Major Midget roster. Here is a list of the players selected and the teams that chose them:

First round: Kevin Tansey (Cumberland Grads)
Second round: Luc Forget & Thierry Henry, (both by Hawkesbury Hawks)
Third Round : Sebastien Gratton (Cornwall Colts), Marc-Olivier Pilon (Hawkesbury Hawks)
Fourth Round: Ryan Pike (Pembroke Lumber Kings), Kyle Beauchamp-Lalonde (Kanata Stallions), Eric
Garrioch (Cornwall Colts)
Fifth Round: Thierry Gibeault (Hawkesbury Hawks)
Seventh Round: Joshua Morgan (Nepean Raiders)
Ninth Round: Eric Dubois (Hawkesbury Hawks)
Tenth Round: Vincent Harris, Sylvain Quesnel (both Hawkesbury Hawks)
