Thanks to higher than anticipated turn-out at Major Midget tryouts this year, there is no need for a draft to stock teams that are short of players as only the Ottawa Valley Titans find themselves in need of players and only 1 at that.Our own tryouts saw 30 skaters and close to 10 goalies register to skate for coach Dan Quinn. Coach Quinn has trimmed his roster down to 15 skaters and hopes to finalize his goaltending tandem later this week.
The Titans have one opening on defense that they are looking to fill. Area players interested in transferring to play for the Titans this season should email Ottawa Valley President,
Mark Cobbold.
