Dale MacMillan: OEMHL Manager of the Year

Dale was nominated by Rick Legault, coach of the Minor Midget Wild:

Behind every coach there is a great manager and Dale is one of the best. She’s been involved with minor hockey for over 10 years. She’s always first and willing to volunteer for any team functions. Dale has been managing teams for over five years and joined the Wild two years ago as a non parent manager which is unheard of in today’s fast paced world. Dale is very organized, has great people skills, is a fantastic troubleshooter, problem solver and a voice of reason for any coach.

When the scouts attend one of the Wild minor midget games they are always greeted with Dale’s great smile and willingness to help. She has been an asset to the Wild organization and a great advisor to the executive committee. The Wild minor midgets are fortunate to have her as part of our organization. I would like to thank Dale for her constant commitment to the team, myself and our coaching staff. I know she is always an email or phone call away.
